Job summary

Mayang Holdings (EV) Sdn. Bhd. Kulai is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to promote and sell Proton e.MAS vehicles by understanding customer needs and explaining features, financing options, and current promotions.

You will handle showroom inquiries from the showroom, roadshows, phone calls and social media; conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, and follow up to convert leads into bookings while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is advantageous, ideally in automotive retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join Proton e.MAS Kulai, promoting and selling Proton e.MAS vehicles by understanding customers' needs, recommending suitable models and explaining vehicle features, financing options and current promotions.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell Proton e.MAS vehicles by understanding customers' needs, recommending suitable models and explaining vehicle features, financing options and current promotions.

Handle customer enquiries from the showroom, roadshows, phone calls and social media; conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, and consistently follow up to convert leads into bookings.

Manage the complete sales process, including DMS updates, booking documentation, loan applications, vehicle registration, delivery arrangements and after-sales follow-up.

Achieve monthly sales targets and participate actively in showroom events, roadshows and online promotions.

About you

Sales experience is an advantage, preferably in the automotive industry.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Comfortable using social media to generate leads and promote vehicles.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, roadshows and showroom events.
