Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services, Asia Pacific, Malaysia, is seeking a Functional Tester to ensure quality across manual testing tasks in an Agile/Waterfall environment. You will write test scenarios and test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify airline domain related features.

The role requires fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, HP ALM, and Confluence, and a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Experience with manual/functional testing.
• Ability to write test scenarios and test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with defect tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence). Airline domain knowledge is a plus.
