Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in automation or robotics.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and schematics for automated systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• System Integration: Design mechanical components that integrate seamlessly with electrical and control systems for automated processes.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes and oversee testing to evaluate functionality and refine designs.
• Customization: Modify and customize designs to meet specific client or project requirements.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate materials and components to ensure durability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation: Produce and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), user manuals, and assembly instructions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges during the design and manufacturing phases.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
