Job summary

Sanmina in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to conceptualize, design and develop automated machine hardware systems for production lines. You will decide on hardware systems, build and commission machines, and generate BOMs for reliable operation.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, ROI analysis and leading project timelines, plus driving continuous improvement to meet yield, quality and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of automation experience with 2 years in design of automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience in creating manufacturing automation solutions using 3D modeling.
• Team player who can work independently and collaborate across groups.
