Job summary

One Seven Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation equipment projects from initiation to customer acceptance. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls and software teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and scope are delivered on time.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in automation project management, hands-on experience across FAT/SAT and commissioning, and the ability to navigate complex supply chains in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in automation equipment manufacturing or similar.
• Hands-on PM track record across requirements, design, FAT, SAT and final acceptance.
• Able to operate in fast-moving manufacturing environments.
• Experience in robotic automation or complete production-line projects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of automation projects from kick-off to final customer acceptance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, controls/software and procurement.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and monitor budgets to protect margins.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain, design changes or lead times.
• Communicate progress and issues with customers, coordinating reviews and sign-offs.
