Job summary
SQUARETECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to lead complex automation projects from design through commissioning. Design and develop Siemens S7-1500 / TIA Portal control systems and craft control philosophy, sequences, interlocks and permissives.
You will integrate VSDs, instrumentation, PLC and industrial networks, troubleshoot advanced PLC issues, and lead FAT/SAT activities. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable PLC blocks and engineering libraries.
Qualifications
- Strong PLC and control engineering fundamentals.
- Practical experience with PLC architecture.
- Experience with sequential / state-based control.
- Experience with interlocks & permissives.
- Experience with PID / process control.
- Experience with motor & VSD control.
- Experience with instrumentation.
- FAT / SAT experience.
