Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in automation, machinery, manufacturing, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation and engineering projects from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Follow up on materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Handle project issues, changes, and customer requirements.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress updates.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained.
• Ensure project activities comply with company quality and safety requirements.
