Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for safety, legal, quality, and equipment reliability requirements.
Manage asset master data, maintenance systems, and CMMS documentation to ensure accurate maintenance planning and reporting.
Monitor plant and equipment performance, driving initiatives to improve uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Execute maintenance improvement activities, including breakdown analysis, restoration, modifications, and Management of Change (MOC).
Support automation and digitalisation initiatives, including maintaining automation master plans and backup systems.
Manage spare parts strategy, critical inventory, supplier agreements, and maintenance-related CAPEX activities.
Mentor and train technicians on maintenance best practices, equipment restoration, and troubleshooting techniques.
Drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives through preventive maintenance optimization and equipment reliability programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in maintenance engineering, automation, or asset reliability within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in Process Automation, Operational Technology (OT), and industrial automation systems, equipment, and software.
Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability management within a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of IT systems, concepts, and integration with automation and maintenance platforms.
Experience in cost control, supply management, spare parts planning, and inventory management processes.
Hands‑on experience managing CMMS and asset master data as a key user or system owner.
Strong facilitation and problem‑solving skills with knowledge of RCM, FMECA, TPM, and other maintenance optimization tools and methodologies.
Ability to analyze equipment performance, conduct breakdown analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and support technical teams.
