Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a Sales Consultant in Kota Kinabalu to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey—from enquiry to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, with 1–2 years of sales experience and a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply, with targets and commissions driving performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries across channels.
• Understand customer needs and financing requirements.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Follow up leads to drive sales conversions.
• Assist with financing applications and documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and provide after-sales support.
