Qualifications

• Strong understanding of auto Loans and basic consumer Finance concepts.
• Knowledge of Financial Services products and processes, especially hire purchase financing.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets in a structured environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and customer information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and banking teams, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital systems; familiarity with loan processing systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in auto financing or retail banking is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers interested in Proton vehicle financing and explain hire purchase options.
• Assess basic financial information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaise with internal teams and banking partners to facilitate timely approvals.
