Autism Gym Centre in Shah Alam is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to deliver individualized therapeutic interventions for children with autism and developmental needs in a clinical setting. You will conduct hands-on intervention, work with families, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary therapy team.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification required; candidates may join under a government program.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Comfort delivering therapy-based interventions rather than academic teaching.

Responsabilités

• Conduct developmental assessments to identify needs and strengths.
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on therapeutic goals.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group therapy using ABA, play-based therapy, and sensory integration.
• Collaborate with therapists and parents to ensure coordinated intervention.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and adjust plans as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and team discussions.
