Job summary

RISE Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to deliver personalized and group lessons for children on the Autism Spectrum using play-based and structured teaching methods aligned with the centre's early intervention objectives.

You will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, document observations, and adapt strategies to support communication, social, cognitive, and motor development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Special Education and autism-focused interventions.
• Experience planning lessons and adapting instruction for diverse learners.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized and group lessons for children on the Autism Spectrum.
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Adjust teaching strategies to support communication, social, cognitive, and motor development.
