Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an experienced Audit Senior to join our Johor audit team. You will lead engagements from planning to completion, supervise junior staff, and partner with managers and the board to deliver high‑quality assurance services to clients across Asia.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting (or ACCA/CPA/MIA), 2–3 years’ audit experience with leadership exposure, strong MFRS knowledge, and fluency in English and Chinese to handle Chinese‑speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
• 2–3 years audit experience with team leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of MFRS and audit methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior associates on engagements.
• Perform and review audit procedures, including sampling and AWP preparation.
• Identify audit issues and communicate findings to clients and engagement teams.
• Monitor engagement progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join the Johor auditteam. You will lead audit engagements from planning to completion, supervisejunior team members, and work closely with managers and partners to deliverhigh-quality services to clients.

Job Description

• Assist in clientacceptance procedures, including risk assessments and preliminaryanalytical reviews
• Lead audit fieldworkin accordance with approved audit plans and established methodologies
• Perform and reviewaudit procedures such as sampling, testing, and preparation of AuditWorking Papers (AWPs)
• Identify auditissues, conduct research, and communicate findings with clients andengagement team members
• Monitor engagementprogress, ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, and follow up onreview notes
• Highlight potentialrisks, control weaknesses, or inefficiencies during audit engagements
• Maintain completeand accurate audit documentation in compliance with applicable auditingstandards and regulatory requirements
• Supervise, guide,and mentor junior associates during audit engagements
• Support the auditteam in delivering high-quality services within agreed timelines
• Perform any otherduties as assigned by the Audit Manager or Partner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree inAccounting or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, recognised byMIA)
• Minimum 2–3 years ofaudit experience with team leadership exposure
