DIGIPHOTO ENTERTAINMENT IMAGING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Attraction Site Manager for Sunway Lagoon to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive key performance metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Business Management or related field, 3+ years of retail management, and proven leadership and communication skills.

• Plan, establish, and oversee daily site operations for Sunway Lagoon.
• Coordinate permits, manpower, shifts, and team performance.
• Oversee site safety, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Handle guest concerns and partner feedback with effective problem-solving.
• Track and report site performance, revenue, and key metrics.
• Drive profitability by managing revenue, conversion, ATV, and labor costs.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Inventory.

Attraction Site Manager (Sunway Lagoon) Preferred Foreign/Expatriate

Plan, establish, and oversee daily site operations, including location identification, permit coordination, manpower planning, shift scheduling, team performance, and site partner coordination, while ensuring a positive guest experience; foreign national or expatriate in Malaysia are preferred due to the nature of the site environment and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Ensure photography quality meets company standards through regular quality checks and team supervision

Manage site equipment, IT systems, cash handling, and inventory to ensure safety and operational readiness

Enforce safety procedures, compliance with site regulations, and company policies

Handle operational issues, guest concerns, and partner feedback with effective problem-solving and conflict resolution

Track and report site performance, sales, and revenue accurately to management

Drive site performance by managing key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, capture rate, average transaction value (ATV), and labor costs

Identify opportunities to improve operations, profitability, and team performance; support hiring, training, and development of team members

Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Inventory

Step in as Team Leader when required due to manpower shortages or business needs

3+ years of retail management experience
