ONLY WORLD GROUP in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, assist with ticketing when needed, and supervise children in play areas to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Ideal candidates communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or basic English, are physically fit for a cold environment, and enjoy interacting with families. The role includes helping with events and maintaining hygiene, plus ad-hoc duties as required.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or basic English.
• Physically fit & capable to work in an environment with a temperature of -5° Celsius (Rotation shift provided)
• Enjoys working with children and feels comfortable interacting with them.
• Possesses good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
