Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team member to assist the store manager with hiring and managing staff. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and helping to achieve sales targets through effective training and motivation.

The ideal candidate possesses at least SPM / STPM / 'A' Level and has good communication and interpersonal skills. Retail hours apply, including weekends and public holidays, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.

Education & Experience:

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
