Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist the store manager with staff management, including hiring, training, and duty roster. Ideal candidates should possess at least SPM / STPM / 'A' Level or equivalent certification, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires the ability to work retail hours, including weekends. Responsibilities:

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.

Education & Experience:

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
