Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to support the store manager in hiring, rostering, staff welfare, and disciplinary issues, while upholding customer service standards.

You will train staff on policy, SOP, and selling techniques, devise strategies to hit sales targets, generate essential reports, and provide professional service to customers in a dynamic retail environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Must possess SPM/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full- or part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring and managing staff rosters, leave, welfare, and discipline.
• Motivate and train staff on company policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
