Watsons Malaysia is looking for a motivated individual to assist the store manager in hiring and managing staff, training employees on company policies, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess at least SPM or equivalent and have good communication skills. The role is available for full or part-time positions, with retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager in hiring and managing staff duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate and train staff on company's policy, SOP, customer service, and selling skills.
• Develop strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate reports as needed (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.

• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).

Education & Experience:

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
