Job summary

Systex Asia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Consultant / Technical Services professional to design tailored solutions and drive client engagements in Malaysia.

You will craft solution architectures, present to stakeholders, and coordinate with sales, product, and delivery teams to align technical and business goals. The role requires a Diploma in IT / Computer Science, at least 7 years in IT with 4+ years in pre-sales, and fluent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in pre-sales with comprehensive technical expertise.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; written English strong, Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate systems products and services to clients; participate in meetings/workshops/executive briefings.
• Develop solutions & managed services framework and enablement.
• Manage and perform solution evaluations, demonstrations, and PoC/ PoV to support sales opportunities.
• Coordinate transition between pre-sales and implementation teams after a sale is closed.
• Prepare and present solution & Managed Services proposals; conduct demonstrations and presentations including architecture, integration plans, and service deliverables.
• Bridge requirements discovery with implementation teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Perform Solutions and Managed Services reviews with customers for ongoing service improvements.

Functions / Responsibilities:

Solution Design

Understand client business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet objectives.

Client engagement: Present and demonstrate systems products and services to clients. Participate in meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to articulate the value of the solutions

Develop solutions & managed services framework and enablement.

Manage and perform solution evaluations, demonstrations, and Proofs-of-Concept (POC) to support sales opportunities.

Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-value (PoV) trials for potential customers. Coordinate the transition between pre-sales and implementation teams after a sale is closed.

Pre-Sales Solutions & Managed Services Deliverables

Prepare and present solution & Managed Services proposals,

Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders; including solution architecture, integration plans, and service deliverables.

As Solutions leadership during requirements discovery & solution development, and bridge with implementation teams to ensure the solutions are met.

Perform a Solutions and Managed Services review with customer to support ongoing service improvements.

Design and formulate new services and enhance existing offerings

Collaborate with operations/solution teams to develop processes supporting new offerings.

Support team objectives by delivering related tasks and contributing to overall success.

Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to strategize on client accounts and ensure technical and business goals are aligned.

Requirement

Minimum a Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in pre-sales with comprehensive technical expertise.

Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken); strong written English, with written Mandarin as a plus.
