Job summary

HELP University invites applications for a senior academic to lecture postgraduate courses, supervise research, and lead programme development. The role involves delivering content across research methodology and business management, with delivery modes including face-to-face, blended, hybrid, and online learning.

Candidates should have a PhD/DBA in a related field, strong postgraduate teaching experience, and a proven track record in supervising postgraduate work, plus experience in programme

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Postgraduate teaching experience and executive education delivery.
• Track record supervising postgraduate theses to completion.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in programme management, curriculum development, QA, and accreditation is desirable.
• ODL/online teaching experience and familiarity with QA standards are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lecture/postgraduate courses and cover syllabi in assigned subjects.
• Supervise postgraduate research projects (Master’s, MPhil, DBA, PhD).
• Undertake the role of Programme Leader and provide academic leadership.
• Conduct research, publish papers, and present at conferences.
• Counsel students on career/academic directions and participate in exhibitions.
