Job summary

Centre for Research and Graduate Studies (CRGS) seeks a Senior Lecturer to contribute to postgraduate teaching, supervision of doctoral candidates, and scholarly activity. The candidate will support the Director, CRGS in implementing strategies, mentoring staff, and developing international collaborations, with a focus on high-quality research outputs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a doctoral degree in Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate research students and to publish in high-quality journals.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills with a global academic network.

Responsibilities

• Teach postgraduate courses in Management and Business disciplines.
• Supervise and co-supervise PhD and other postgraduate students; guide research design and thesis preparation.
• Publish in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals and secure research grants.
• Coordinate with CRGS and university committees to support postgraduate strategies.
