Job summary

HELP UNIVERSITY in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for the role of Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer in the ELM Graduate School. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur with strong opportunities for career growth.

You will teach postgraduate courses in research methodology and business management, supervise research projects (Master’s, MPhil, DBA, PhD), lead programme initiatives, and contribute to research output and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• PhD/DBA in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Proven postgraduate teaching experience and supervision of research students.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in programme management, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
• Experience with online distance learning (ODL) and LMS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with MQA COPPA:ODL standards and higher education quality assurance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lecture/teach assigned courses, covering syllabi and adapting delivery to face-to-face, blended, hybrid, and online modes.
• Supervise postgraduate students on Master's, MPhil, DBA, and PhD projects.
• Assume Programme Leader role and provide academic leadership.
• Conduct research and publish papers; present at conferences as agreed with Head of Department.
• Counsel students on career/academic directions and participate in exhibitions.
