This is a high-visibility role at the centre of a fast-moving, globally distributed team — working directly with stakeholders across the UK, Malaysia, and New Zealand to keep critical integration workflows moving.

  • Manage and prioritise incoming issues by triaging bugs, analysing logs, and coordinating with engineering for timely resolution.
  • Support delivery processes including sprint planning, documentation maintenance, BAU operations, and cross‑functional collaboration across regions.
  • Contribute to the integration roadmap through discovery, scoping, grooming, monitoring partner/API changes, and managing customer feedback and escalations.
  • Assist with GTM preparation, post‑release measurement, and use AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and speed.
Key performance indicators

  • Handle customer and internal escalations with sound prioritisation and responsiveness, maintaining positive cross‑team collaboration and alignment.
  • Demonstrate productivity gains by using AI tools effectively and consistently contributing high‑quality input that supports efficient engineering execution.
Your skills and experiences might also include
  • Brings early‑career experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Technical Support, with familiarity in agile delivery and optional exposure to APIs, integrations, or eCommerce/WMS platforms.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical ability, confident cross‑functional communication, and proactive ownership - comfortable managing multiple priorities and using AI tools daily to work smarter.
  • Skilled at cutting through ambiguity, solving problems quickly, and operating with urgency when needed.
  • Shows a curious, adaptable, detail‑oriented mindset, thriving in fast‑paced environments and consistently taking accountability for deliverables.
