Job summary

Genpact Malaysia is seeking an Associate - F&A - R2R to join our Finance team. This role focuses on day-to-day R2R activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting for global clients in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, uphold SLAs, and contribute to process improvements as Genpact expands its AI-powered finance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce or economics.
• Master's degree in Finance preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and R2R.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly collections and operating reconciliations.
• Report open items to management and clients on agreed timelines.
• Prepare and deliver daily and monthly client reporting with SLA.
• Process sales and repurchases within agreed timelines.
• Process refunds and filings checks within SLA.
• Deliver credit reporting to the client as per agreed timelines.
