Genpact Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an Associate - F&A - R2R to support daily and monthly reconciliation activities and client reporting.

You will handle collections, open items, and ensure timely delivery of financial statements and SLA-compliant outputs. The role emphasizes strong knowledge of Record To Report (R2R), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Professional finance certifications encouraged (CFA, CPA, CRCM).
• Experience with R2R processes and regulatory controls.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily/monthly collections and reconciliations.
• Report open items to management and client on deadlines.
• Deliver daily and monthly client reporting with SLA.
• Process sales and repurchases within SLA.
• Process refunds and filings checks within SLA; provide credit reporting to client on agreed timelines.

Preparing of Daily/monthly collection & operating reconciliationsReporting of open items to management and to client on agreed timelinesPreparing and accurately delivering of daily and monthly reporting to client with SLA.Processing of sales & repurchases within agreed timelines.Processing of refunds and filings checks within SLA.Credit reporting is delivered to client as per agreed timeline.
