Associate Consultant, Launch Graduate Program - Malaysia (Performance Analytics Track) (Jan 2026)

Associate Consultant role in Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program 2026, focusing on performance analytics and data‑driven consulting in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate within small teams to address strategic questions for major global brands.
• Take ownership of deliverables and build external client relationships.
• Use quantitative and qualitative skills to drive data‑led consulting solutions.
• Analyze Mastercard, client, and third‑party data to identify trends, build models, and create data visualizations.
• Engage with client stakeholders through virtual and in‑person meetings to inform strategic recommendations.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on projects ranging from 4 weeks to 1 year.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Expected graduation between November 2025 and June/July 2026.
• Malaysia International Passport holder without need for work visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malay proficiency highly preferred.
• Passion for responsibility and delivering high‑quality results.
• Experience with data analysis or querying tools and basic data‑driven programming (Python, SQL).
