Razer Merchant Services Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Associate Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead generation, client outreach, and active account management.
You will work with the HOD to execute strategies, secure new merchant accounts, and maintain strong client relationships to expand our market footprint. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in sales or BD, strong English, and a client-centric mindset.

The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting and driving business growth through active lead generation, client outreach, and account management. Working closely with the Head of Department (HOD), this role focuses on executing growth strategies, securing new merchant/partner accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Associate BDM plays a key execution role in expanding our market footprint, supporting proposal development, and coordinating internally to deliver seamless payment and digital solutions.
High enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Good negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Education: Diploma preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably within the Payment Gateway, FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, or E-commerce industries). Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales/lead metrics. Language proficiency in English (Mandarin or other local languages is a distinct advantage based on client needs).
