Job summary

CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and customer communications in Sungai Jawi, Penang. You will manage daily activities, drive continuous improvement, and coach staff to meet SOPs and KPIs.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse and logistics operations experience.
• Proficient with Excel for reports and data analysis.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Based in Sungai Jawi, Penang with willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communications with customers' logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations and continuous improvement.
• Lead staff and workers, including performance monitoring and SOP training.
• Monitor customer KPIs and service levels.
• Manage inventory control with cycle counts and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate transportation vendors and delivery schedules KPI monitoring.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly management and customer reports.
• Ensure monthly Customs stock card accuracy and related documentation.
• Evaluate vendor performance and compliance with KPIs.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
