Job summary

Talenthunt Consultancy invites applications for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join a well-established US-based multinational in Johor. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution, while leading and developing a small team to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering, at least 6 years in warehouse/logistics, plus 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.
• Oversee inspection and reconditioning of returned equipment to ensure quality and procedures.
• Coordinate with trucking and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and optimize freight costs.
