Job Responsibilities

Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management.
Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.
Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.
