Job summary

Maybank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hybrid functional-PMO to translate CRM strategy into actionable specifications, lead end-to-end CRM enhancements, and coordinate internal teams and vendors.

You will design regional tracking, govern data integration for reporting, and drive UAT, change management, and stakeholder alignment across Wholesale Banking.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Business Analysis and Project Management, specifically within CRM transformation or B2B financial services.
• Deep understanding of the Wholesale Banking sales cycle, including deal origination, credit pipelines and regional account planning.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to manage project governance while remaining hands-on in functional design and backlog grooming.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and a strong grasp of CRM functional configurations and data mapping logic.
• Exceptional capability to explain technical constraints to business leaders while providing clear, execution-oriented instructions to development teams.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly advantageous for this hybrid functional-PMO role.

• Design standardized regional tracking frameworks and oversee data integration to ensure accurate reporting and consistent market visibility.
• Partner with CC and Product Sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Drive change management, user adoption and continuous workflow improvements through automation and CRM enhancements.
