Job summary

Kidskool Seri Kembangan is seeking a passionate early childhood educator to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and provide a safe, nurturing environment. You will observe children’s progress, support language and social development, and collaborate closely with parents and fellow teachers to tailor activities to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Relevant experience with toddlers, preferably in preschool or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories and language acquisition principles.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with parents and teachers.
• Patience, empathy and passion for working with young children.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
