Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Precast Production Supervisor to oversee every stage of the precast process, from moulding to final inspection on the shop floor.

You will ensure proper tagging and traceability, perform dimensional and surface finish checks, and verify compliance with shop drawings and specifications.

Additionally, you will assist in managing NCRs, coordinate with subcontractors for rebar inspections, and support daily casting planning to maintain a smooth production flow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all stages of precast production including post-pour, curing, and pre-delivery inspections.
• Ensure proper implementation of tagging and traceability procedures.
• Conduct dimensional checks and surface finish inspections.
• Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Assist in managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Conduct checking on pour post and pre-delivery checking of the precast component.
• Conduct mold inspection after complete mold change to ensure the mold setting based on shop drawing dimension and within tolerance.
• Conduct rebar inspection with subcontractor before order concrete.
• Supporting daily casting planning and ensure the cast in item, rebar and other materials required for production process flow from rebar caging preparation, Mold change, casting, demolding and panel stacking.
