Job summary

A facility management company in Selangor is looking for a proactive Assistant Supervisor to support daily building operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and cleanliness while supervising teams. Responsibilities include coordinating facility management tasks, monitoring repairs, and preparing reports. A candidate with at least SPM or equivalent and some supervisory experience is preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary for reporting tasks.

  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management
  • Assist in the daily operations of building and facility management
  • Ensure all facilities are functioning efficiently and safely
Maintenance & Safety Monitoring
  • Monitor maintenance work to ensure timely repairs and proper upkeep
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety standards of the building are consistently maintained
Team Supervision
  • Supervise and coordinate technicians, cleaners, and contractors
  • Ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare simple reports, documentation, and daily/weekly updates
  • Highlight issues, follow-ups, and improvement suggestions to the Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Experience in building/facility operations or supervision is an advantage
  • Able to supervise teams and coordinate daily tasks
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills for simple reporting
