Job summary

Toppan Security Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse operative to receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in a secure, organized facility in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain stock levels, record materials in the inventory system, and issue items to production per plans.

The ideal candidate will have basic MS Office skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle heavy materials when required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are recorded accurately in inventory management software.
• Maintain stock levels in accordance with production needs and reorder levels.
• Issue raw materials and supplies to production based on requisitions or production plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and ensure all items are properly labelled and stored.
• Ensure sensitive materials are handled and stored securely.
• Monitor shelf life/expiry dates of chemicals, inks, adhesives, and other consumables.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and quality control departments to ensure accurate material flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and traceability, especially in ISO-certified or security-sensitive environments.
