Jora Malaysia is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Penang to oversee stock receiving, QTN/GTN accuracy, FIFO storage, and store maintenance. You will manage a store team, monitor KPIs, coordinate overtime and recruitment reporting, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales processes.
The role requires leadership of about 10 staff, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and experience in retail or similar environments.

Ensureaccurate stock management by updating theGoods Transfer Note(GTN) in advance, recording product issues with Stock Adjustments, and verifying quantity changes via Transfer Notes.
Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO)method for stock storage, and promptly report any issues to the Area/Assistant Area Manager.
Oversee staff scheduling, ensure completion of daily task and monitorKey Performance Indicators (KPIs),including sales targets, customer service and disciplinary actions.
Coordinatestaff overtimeschedules and manage recruitment reporting to the Area Manager.
Able to leads10employees.
Execute daily tasks using relevant apps provided, ensuring proper arrangement of items, managing supplier deliveries, and handling damaged goods.
Completeadministrative duties, including E-Ticketing for stock requests and submitting feedback forms via portal.
Overseestore maintenance, fire extinguisher management, and ensure daily cleanliness and tidiness.
Overseecash managementby ensuring safe deposits are accurate and handling Daily Sales Form (BJH) reports with Area/Assistant Area Manager.
Manage utility bills and perform daily reviews of the cashier’s logbook for transaction accuracy.

Candidates must possess at least anSPM/Diploma/Degree.
Proficient in bothEnglishandBahasa Malaysia.
Skilled instaff management, as this position involves managing the store team.
Familiar withoperational processes, such as work scheduling and inventory management.
Experience as a Person-In-Charge (PIC)in previous employment is an advantage.
Strongmanagement skill
Possessmore than 2 years of experience in the retail or similar industry.
