CardioScan is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for North Malaysia to drive growth in healthcare, hospitals, and clinics. You will lead and train clinical teams, demonstrate BeatBox, and identify opportunities while staying ahead of market trends.

The role requires 3+ years in medical or pharmaceutical sales, strong business acumen, self-motivation, and willingness to travel. Cardiology or OT experience is a plus, and you will join a global MedTech group with development opportunities.

The Role: As our Assistant Sales Manager for North Malaysia, you'll drive business growth by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and medical facilities across the region. You'll conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, and play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities as we continue to scale.

Who we're looking for

• Has 3+ years' experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred)
• Brings strong business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets
• Can work independently and is willing to travel outstation
• Has experience in Cardiology or OT departments — an added advantage
