Job summary

RHB Group invites applications for a Sales/Customer Service role based in Selangor. The successful candidate will solicit and promote PF and PF-i products, drive personal sales targets and contribute to group targets, and craft effective sales plans with both internal marketing and self-generated leads.

The role requires strong selling and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a customer‑oriented mindset to excel in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma - Any field (min CGPA 2.8).
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and management.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF & PF-i products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards to achievement of Group targets
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads
• Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, Credit Cards and etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
• Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
• Protect the image and brand of the Bank
• Ensure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
