Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with CGPA 2.8 or higher.
• 1–2 years' experience in sales and management.
• Strong selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF & PF-i products to prospective customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets.
• Prepare and execute proactive sales plans using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Cross-sell banking products such as ASB, credit cards, and more.
• Maintain high customer experience standards and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Keep the sales center well maintained and aligned with quality standards.
