Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with a passion for developing people.
• Experience in fast-food restaurants is an advantage.
• Skill in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and motivate crew members to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSCV) at any time.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift documentation.
• Monitor labour, productivity, and restaurant performance.
• Coach, train, and develop crew members and Team Trainers.
• Support Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
• Lead the planning, execution and evaluation for marketing.
• Conducts daily briefing to staff.
