Job summary

Dreams Maker Realm Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Ayam Gepuk Tok Mat, Bangi. This full-time role is on-site in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, and focuses on leading the restaurant team to deliver service excellence.

You will support daily operations, maintain food quality and hygiene, manage staff, and drive sales while upholding SOPs and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and lead restaurant crew to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are properly followed
• Assist in staff training and development
• Monitor sales, cash handling and daily closing procedures
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
