AGENSI PEKERJAAN STAREC SDN. BHD. invites an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a non-halal outlet in a shopping mall.

You will act as second-in-command and oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading and developing the team to ensure excellent service and customer experience. Requirements include 2–3 years in F&B at supervisory level, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the F&B Outlet / Kopitiam / Restaurant industry at supervisory/managerial level.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese to support business needs.

Responsabilités

• Act as second-in-command and oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, supervise and develop the team to ensure excellent service and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training and team performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, purchasing and wastage to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support in driving sales performance while maintaining effective cost and expense control.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor restaurant performance and prepare timely daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Support continuous improvement of operational standards and perform other duties as assigned.
