Job summary

Jollibee Malaysia is seeking a capable restaurant manager to join our PKNS Shah Alam team. You will oversee shifts, lead crew members, and ensure fast, friendly service during peak hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, with strong food safety, inventory control, and cash handling skills. Prior QSR or fast-food experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in hospitality/food service or related field.
• 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor/assistant manager).
• QSR or fast food experience preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business records as outlined in operations manual.
• Take full operational control during shifts, manage crew and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)
• QSR or fast food experience strongly preferred
• Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management
• Strong leadership, energetic and result driven
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant personality with ability to work indepently
