Job summary

Jollibee Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at SELL TAMAN SERI AUSTIN. You will oversee shifts, supervise crew, and ensure peak-hour service runs smoothly while upholding Jollibee's standards.

Required are 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality management; diploma/degree; and strong knowledge of food safety, inventory, and cash handling. QSR experience is highly preferred and you must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level).
• QSR or fast food experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management.
• Strong leadership, energetic and result driven.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality with ability to work indepently.
• Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain business records as outlined in the Jollibee operations manual.
• Take full operational control during shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets.

• Handle inventory ordering, staff scheduling, daily reporting and maintain food safety compliance.
