C&O Technic Lead Sdn Bhd is seeking a site QA/QC and contract administration professional to oversee bridge construction activities in Kulai, Johor. You will verify work against drawings, specifications, and method statements while maintaining daily site diaries and progress logs.

You will coordinate interfaces between contractors, utility providers and consultants, witness testing, and prepare regular technical reports for head office.

Qualifications

• QA/QC experience on bridge projects.
• Ability to verify drawings and method statements.
• Experience in field sampling and material testing.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Inspect bridge components, including foundations (piles, bored piles), substructures (piers, crossheads, abutments), and superstructures (T-beams, TM beams, deck slab, bearings, expansion joints).

Monitor daily contractor activities to verify work matches approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Supervise field sampling, material testing, and surveying verification.

Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC)

Witness testing procedures.

Identify non-compliance issues, flag poor workmanship, and track corrective actions.

Highlight non-compliance issue to head office.

Contract Administration and Reporting

Maintain daily site diaries, weather records, and photographic progress logs.

Prepare regular progress reports and technical documentation.

Safety, Health and Coordination

Coordinate interface issues between contractors, utility providers and other consultants.

Attend regular site progress meetings.
