Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform. We are seeking a Retail Manager in Malaysia to oversee daily manpower scheduling for inbound and outbound inspectors, ensuring smooth operations across BST listings and retail capacity.

You will assign new leads to inspectors, monitor progress, handle negotiations after inspections, call customers after bidding, and coordinate with the BST team to confirm appointments and complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• The manager is responsible for arranging the daily manpower schedule for both inbound and outbound inspectors to ensure smooth operations.
• The manager must assign every new lead inbound or outbound to the appropriate inspector promptly and monitor progress.
• After the inspection, handle the negotiation process with customers to secure the deal.
• The manager must follow up daily with customers who are still pending a decision, and convince them to proceed with either deal confirmation or bidding participation.
• After each bidding session, the manager must call customers to confirm whether they accept or reject the bidding results.
• The manager is required to upload a weekly report to the TCA team, which includes at least five inspection reports per inspector for low-capacity retail operations and three per inspector for large-capacity operations.

Job description

The Retail Manager needs to assist in checking the estimated car value for B2C CC to expedite the customer’s decision-making process.
