Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (Project Controls) to support a large-scale data centre delivery in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will assist with planning, scheduling, cost control, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields and 5+ years in project controls or coordination, with proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, project coordination, or assistant project management roles.
• Experience supporting construction, mission-critical, data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
