Flex is looking for an Assistant Production Manager in Prai, Penang to support great products and growth. You will guide production teams, coordinate with planning and distribution, and ensure results meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 3 years in operations, with strong people management and office software skills to drive project success and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of operations experience.
• Experience in complex operations management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong people and process management skills and customer relationship ability.
• Familiarity with multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Guide department activities to meet production goals, cost, and quality targets.
• Forecast operating costs and contribute to budget planning.
• Coordinate production with planning and distribution and manage resources.
• Develop personnel and ensure efficient operation of production functions.
• Resolve issues with executives and major customers to maintain relationships.
• Review budgets and schedules and support strategic planning.
