Job summary

Flex is seeking an Assistant Production Manager located in Prai, Penang to support production teams in multi-level assembly, testing and quality assurance to meet cost, quality and delivery goals. You will guide activities, coordinate with planning and distribution, manage budgets and resources, and develop the strategic plan for the function while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of operations experience; strong people and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of operations experience.
• Demonstrates advanced people/process management and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies at the site.

Responsibilities

• Guide department activities to support design, production, and test procedures.
• Plan projects by analyzing technology trends and market demand.
• Coordinate with planning and distribution to meet customer requirements and budget.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources for functional plan and annual targets.
